HOW DOES IT WORKS
At first, spools are released to the platform by the forklift after that the robotic arm automatically lifts the spool from its position and then quality control of the spools is done by operatör at quality control and weight measurement station. If the spool is unsuitable, robot arm moves it to the inappropriate place and leaves to the spool there.
After the spool is automatically weighed, packaging process starts out. It is packed and labelled depending on the size of the spool and the spool is moves to the platform with the robotic arm.
